When the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a voucher that confirms your reservation.

Your driver will pick you up on time and at the pick-up address. If it’s at the airport, he’ll be waiting for you on arrival, in front of the information desk, with a sign that bears your name. If you can’t find him, don’t hesitate to call us. You can also call the driver if your pick-up is at the train station.

Don’t worry, your driver will inform himself about the progress of your flight. He will be present when your plane lands.
