Terms & conditions

1. The contract: this contract is concluded between Geneva Transfer Limousine sis Geneva; Switzerland and the customer after confirmation of the reservation service by both parties.

2. Included in the transfer price are:
– parking and fuel costs.
– toll charges for comfort and premium vehicles.
– luggage service for comfort and premium vehicles.
– 60 minutes waiting after the plane has landed or your arrival time, 20 minutes waiting at the train station, a hotel or at your home.
– passenger accident insurance and civil liability.

3. Are not included in the transfer price:
– Foreign VAT, in case of transfer abroad.
– Meal and accommodation costs if the driver is at your disposition for more than 24 hours.
– During a trip, the waiting time and last-minute detours made.

4. If you wish to cancel your reservation and refund your money, you must notify us by sending an email to Geneva Transfer Limousine 24 hours before the date/time of the transfer. After this period the reservation costs will be charged. Bank & administrative fees will be charged when reimbursing money in case of cancellation.

5. In case of a “No-Show” by the customer at the pick-up address, the reservation costs will be charged.

6. Payment in advance of the full price or a deposit of the reservation may be requested before the transfer for remote pick-ups.

7. The customer must verify & check the details of his reservation. The company is not responsible for any traffic / accident during the journey. The customer is solely responsible and he must anticipate by writing the exact time of his pick-up to reach the airport on time
